You can rent the Banquet Hall, which comes with the entire property for $700/day, plus a $300 security deposit Friday and Saturday. All wedding are $700.00 for the day. All security deposits are returned upon leaving the grounds exactly as you found/entered them.

Banquet hall with the pavilions, for just $60/hour (Minimum of 3hrs) Plus a $300.00 security deposit.

Pavilions only, Sunday-Thursday, which come with the entire "outside" of the property for $40/hr (3-hour minimum). If you would like access to bathrooms inside the hall that is an additional $60/hr. Plus a $300.00 security deposit.
